User1's Coin Hobby Questions

Yep,
I asked for help and yall laughed, mocked and still currently ridicule me.. I also know the 66 and 83 I posted are correct.. now I can deliver pictures alittle better I will update.. but to be fair, That's a common thing to do to new ppl.. Told ya it was it and at that time I wasn't trolling..
It was bc of how yall acted is why I did..
Well I was correct twice that night..
It is the 1982P Doubled die reverse and I did prove you wrong, that it was my lame scope.
Well after lots of practice and research here ya go..
Still the lame scope but I did fix the lighting issue..
Enjoy!!

Sorry for all the not needed photos..
Kinda went overboard with uploads..
I will get the the E and D in united uploaded later..
States to but it does have some zinic rot
And I still need help better understanding the angles..
Also a good scope to buy..
Preferable under $300
And yes the moto lettering do split as they should..
But I would finally hope you can see my issue..
Check out the old 1982 Post pictures vs this one..
Both suck but you can see improvement..
The first 5 pics are doubled so you got that right. The rest, not so much
Maybe you should check the die markers.
You've already admitted that you were messing with the members. Why should we believe you've changed?
I'm guessing you're already on a lot of ignore/do not respond lists. Hope the amusement was worth it. Best of luck with you collecting endeavors.
Here we go again. Your coin looks nothing like the genuine article. You have failed time and time again to correctly match the diagnostics for a recognized variety that you claim your coin to be. Until you learn to do this, stop wasting our time. If you ever do find a legitimate doubled die it will be purely by accident.
The pictures of your coin do not match the references. It is not a DD....Cheers, RickO
Not the DDR
Not.
"Yeah..
I actually was gonna quit, so I kinda was being a troll/jerk"
So does this mean you are going to quit?
Because it looks like you are right back to being a troll/jerk.
"Also a good scope to buy.."
"and I did prove you wrong"
Such a simple little one trick pony.
We have have literally been down this exact road before.
Meh...there's something comforting about old, familiar places.
We have ourselves a real Don Quixote tilting windmills here…
It has NOTHING to do with how many posts you have here. You could have 20,000 and people will still give you the same straight answer. There are several experts with low post counts who lurk around here, do you think people here are so immature to judge someone based on a post count? The issue is you not accepting any answer that does not agree with your incorrect assertion that you have the DDR for this date.
Let me ask, and I think this may be the root of the issue here...
Do you know how dies were made in prior to 1996? And after, for that matter..
If you do then you would also understand that your example has to look EXACTLY like the reference images, and why everyone disagrees with what you are claiming to have.
No one is ridiculing you.
This

very clearly DID NOT COME OFF THE SAME DIE AS THIS

Maybe he's attributing by touch instead of sight. I imagine they feel very similar.
Your coin appears to show very slight doubling most prominent on the C and A of AMERICA but nowhere near the doubling evident on the Coppercoins specimen.
Your die comes from a different reverse die.

Yes I know lol
1st pic is last one found..
2nd pic is my coin..
Literally I have hand scope coins bc my crappy bullet scope stand broke..
Little bit of shaky hand..
Anyways..
I know now I was zoomed in to far and at the wrong angle..
I dont get how light, angle and distance can make a coin look so much different..

Of course the coin has to ve a true Doubled die
So I need to zoom out and shift center and angle up just a hint..
Then gentlemen you have your 4th 1982p DDR
Dang,
Yall need to chill..
Why are you getting so upset..
It's just a coin.. no doubt about its a good coin.. how about when I get it certified I will post again.. maybe then you will believe me..🤦♂️
I still don't understand how you guys are not understanding..
I can take 100 pictures same device of anyone coin that has doubling and make them all look different..
This is why I asked for help..
But yall keep not understanding and keep giving mad criticism.. haters gonna hate.. and I keep inching closer on how to scope a doubled die more like the pros do..
Mean while yall look silly by the inch..
If you had a true doubled die then it would look doubled no matter the angle or lighting.
You’re not asking for help. You’re just here to stir up the forum. But, please, get it certified and show us. Just tell us the submission number ahead of time and we will all watch it on the submission checker. It’s a good way to prove us wrong.
You might have an astigmatism.
Like I've said 1 trillion times and ask for help 3 trillion times and yall keep saying the same thing..
How many times are we gonna go round amd round and round..
This is the scope I own.. which stand is broken.. now hold the scope in your hand while adjusting zoom in/out and pushing take picture in app on your phone..
Let's see how good you do sir..
I bet just about like me...
Complete junk..
Sooo
Yet again.. which is the best scope to buy?
Ok,
Someone send me a PO box number so they can pick this scope up and see for themselves..
Yes I know Doubling can be seen from all directions..
I also know zoomed in with a not HD camera makes devices look cartoon letters..
Zoomed out is still crap bc yet again not HD..
All this while your hand is shaking trying to capture a clear picture for you not so appreciative ppl can be rude as all get out..
Just tell me a trusted brand of scope so I can buy it..
What's so hard about that.. then all problems go away..
This feels exactly like last time. I guess the OP's new attitude didn't last long.
Oh well, trollers got to troll.
"When you come to a fork in the road, take it."
"Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working" Pablo Picasso
Here are three pieces of advice for you.
2.. Unless it is well-publicized variety, like the 1969-S doubled die, it needs to be in high grade. Ugly, spotted modern coins bring low prices.
3.. I am an advanced collector, and doubled die coins don't do much for me. Aside from a 1955 Doubled Die Cent and a 1972 DDO Cent, I don't have any other pieces and have no intention of buying more,
This is at least Flaming Hot Cheetos level of trolling here. The fly that buzzed us at the picnic has now gotten bigger, buzzier and a bit nastier.
Your thread needs to be retitled to something like "User1 Says 'Wrong!' to All Your Stupid Answers and Advice"

What!!!
I dont want anyone to buy me a scope..
Just a non bias person with lots of experience to let me know which ones to look at..
Youtube is eat up with bias videos..
Also it does matter alot..
I really think my current cam is a max 620p..
Yep back to the 90"s ..
So lighting, angles and zoom in/out has a massive roll for me..
But it won't anymore if someone could just send a pm.. that's what I have been requesting since I joined..
And yes I will take the super long time to get the best shot I can..
But again.. not High Definition camera..
620P dookie in a lame bullet style scope
All taken with no stand.. literally hold the thing while scoping
Striaght up busted and rigged baffling..
Lights go off then to full bright..
No common ground..
I dont think I could give this thing way lok
Some time ago, I suggested to you that if you were really just seeking advice about what kind of scope to get, you could start a thread on that topic and ask for suggestions. Instead, on multiple occasions, you’ve chosen to start threads about imagined varieties and mentioned scopes, while arguing with other posters and trolling.
Starting this thread was another such example. And in the process, you’ve probably alienated additional forum members.

I didn't catch that..
Tons of ppl blowing my post up..
That's why I kept saying shoot me a pm..
Next time, if there is one, please try this approach: limit your initial post to one sentence….make it a concise and coherent question. Nobody has the patience to sort thru the splatter of random photos and stream of consciousness blather that makes up most of this thread.
I live in NW Arkansas...
BIG BIG Money ppl live here also. just a few.. Wal-Mart, Tyson.. so high money flow from all over the world with absolutely no type of coin hobby shop or anything around me.
We don't have coin shortages ever or any type of economic ressions. we have partying college ppl and stupid rich ppl.. I had no idea that this place is a gold mine for coin hunting.. when I swing bye a new bank and ask the teller for a uncirculated box of coins, literally everytime they are beyond confused, then have to ask if they can..
So yes it makes complete sense to me that I find good stuff..
Considering I opened around 40 boxes with seal Dates 2013, 2014 , 2015..
And no you haven't even seen 1/16 of what I found..
So I'm learning, slowly going thru the years and just need good equipment..
Just because you live in a higher income area does not mean that valuable varieties will be found. Coin boxes from banks are wrapped by big companies that ship them all across the country, A box you get will be the same as a box that I get. The valuable varieties, like any other coin were meant to be circulation and used as money. Unless your town has some sort of magical valuable coin magnet, the area you live in is not a way to tell if valuable coins can be found there. BTW, your penny is not the DDR and your pictures are clear enough to show that.

I have the wired version of that scope and the pictures it takes are just fine. Here are a few examples that I have posted here using it. 640x480 is more than enough resolution to show a small area of a coin.
And probably most relevant to this thread:

If you want help so bad then, why do you need to keep bringing up these coins and swearing that you are right about them?
Your post should strictly be asking about how to capture images and leave the coins out completely.
🎶 shout shout, let it all out 🎶
Well scopes dead.. got pissed and threw ot across the room😬
Luckily I recently bought a phone magnifier thingy..
So hopefully yall like magic bc him comes where you accept #4 found..

Minus the 72 major MD I tried to get you on😂
Now that I hopefully provided a picture that works for ya..
Funny story..
Late night watching YouTube videos and next up came this coin..
I grab my cup of small date 82's and first one out.. "This Guy"
Thought to myself.. not so rare uh.. stupid YouTube..
It's been in a flip for awhile now lol
Honestly didn't even know it was such a sought after coin until my post here😂
Much better photos and it is easy to tell it's the DDR for sure!
Send it in for grading and post the results.
Took long enough.. stupid user1
