I need Help 94 D Lincoln
so there is a large form around the D. And on the reverse there are several extra marks.
Does this coin potentially have any value? I know the condition is not that great.

It is environmental damage. What you are seeing around the mintmark is corrosion forming underneath the copper plating. The center is zinc and zinc is very susceptible to corrosion.

Yep... Post Mint Damage (PMD) and zinc rot, which follows when the zinc center is exposed. Cheers, RickO
