For me of course.
I'm not moving to River city.
LY = BP - I bought 13 DE's (all by Feb).
TY= AP I bought none until May now up to 15.
Selling has been constant. Internally we have a battle at home. I enjoy buying. My wife enjoys selling. Who would have thought?
Right now I have a slight bias to the buyside but nothing major. If premiums continue to slip I might have to lobby our uncle to send more checks. Perhaps I need a gofundme page?
