GTG 1883-p morgan

ok so far I have posted this on my other coin forums and the opinion is that it is badly undergraded based on the sellers and NGCs pictures. Because of this, I'm very much on edge as to weather to sent it in for regrading or not... So I will ask here as well
Please consider and give your best opinion of the grade of this coin.. I know grading accurately from pic's is no easy thing, but i think these pic's are good enough to come fairly close below are the sellers and NGCs pictures the smaller darker ones being from NGC
You may soar with the eagles, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines!.

63, looks like the reverse has more than one thumb print?
Maybe.
Leaving the eagle alone, the reverse fields might be painted with a Q-tip wet with sudsy ammonia. The reverse could easily go DMPL I'm not at all impressed by the obv, and hope the PL effect is not an artifact of the frosty central device. The sudsy ammonia should not be used on the obverse. The increase in reflectivity in the fields will make the various field marks more obvious. I don't think the obv has enough PL to qualify.
If the obv has the depth of the first picture, then PL seems more likely. 64PL is not out of reach.
I was watching this coin so i wont spoil it but it sure does look good!

Thank you @ike126
I knew I couldn't be the only one lol... I paid "list" for the grade on the label (split between ngc and pcgs) but I do honestly think it's undergraded or I would never have paid full list lol

While the print does appear on both pics, I believe them to be on slab as I don't think it would carry an MS grade with a fingerprint on the coin itself... but I could be wrong.. will know monday tuesday for sure lol

MS coins can have prints.
Looks 63 to me.
MS63 - possibly PL

Many coins with much higher grades than that display prints.

My thoughts as well.
I’ll go MS61/2 PL need to see it in hand.
Hoard the keys.
I don't see booming luster. The fields are reflective, slighty scuffy, fingerprints I would say 63.
63
I could definitely see a 63 grade.... Not sure how much of the 'chatter' in the fields is on the holder.....Cheers, RickO
My first thought was PL fields... 63PL

Perhaps an oversimplistic view . . .. I know.
But when I see that much action in the fields . . . not exactly hits or damage . . . but just contact with something . . . . I think 63.

Yeah, I think she's gonna take a ride back to NGC for reconsideration.. I do think MS60 even with dpl is a low low grade for this coin

Definitely send it off....

I believe that far more times than not, when a coin appears to be obviously under-graded, the graders have usually detected something not apparent in the pictures and that the submitter isn’t seeing.

That's an unusual grade. I wonder if the luster is nearly entirely washed out?
MS60/61 tops Congrats!
The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.
