    Send them...

Probably MS65 at best for one of them.

Buy some slabbed coins and use them to compare.

My question would be, why is this important to you? Are you a young collector?

Since the coin is a 2021 mintage, it has to be an MS coin until it's heavily circulated.

To be honest the 2021 crossing the Delaware quarter is cool. I wish though they made it not proof silver.

On the matter of the grade, I would just say mint state

Well I'd say these are "Choice Unc" as none appear full Gem. It appears there are three different coins, correct?

Not to be an a** ... but how about the grades I would not give them

    NOT 70, 69, 68, 67 or 66

    NOT 62, 61 or 60

The other grades would be the range for all three I think

The pictures are not conducive to an accurate assessment of coin quality. Were they found roll searching? A general comment would be 'not worth slabbing'.... Cheers, RickO

@Changingpockets .... Go to a bank where you have an account and ask for rolls of quarters... They will usually have them. Cheers, RickO

Remember, struck coins go into ballistic bags weighing over a ton and containing thousands of coins (I forget how many are in a quarter bag). These bags are then transported around the facility using fork trucks, shipped to processers via semi-trailers, moved around their facility and dumped into hoppers/handling equipment to be rolled and distributed to customers (banks, stores, etc). That’s a lot of opportunity to acquire bag marks. With all of the handling, finding high grade examples from rolls is difficult.

If you want to play the “get rich by finding MS68 or better coins” game and send them in for grading, you might be better off using your time to search mint sets (and even those coins can have handling problems). You also want to make sure you’re really adept at telling the difference between the MS65-67 grades and the ultra high grades. Not knowing the difference can cost you a lot of money on grading fees.

If finding these ultra high grades from bank rolls were easy, we would all be sitting on a beach in the Caribbean :D Just my opinion
