Another Most likely Ebay 09 S-VDB Counterfeit

The seller put this up for a one day (24hr) listing.
If I remember things correctly at one point in time the counterfeiter of this coin left a die defect at the wheat ear on the left side of the coin that was never present on any genuine 09S-VDB.
This coin has that defect.
Also, on the obverse the WE in God we trust is way to close to the rim.
With the not so great of pictures, the VDB looks off as well.
But look at the left wheat ear,

As it should have. The V.D.B. even looks centered, instead of slightly to the left.
