Yes, it’s a O.110, and a very tough die marriage to find in MS.
This one happens to be in a PCGS 63 CAC holder and it’s tied for second finest.

As @GoBust said, the O.110 is a tough die marriage to find nice as the few high grade examples (I believe there are only 4 MS O.110’s known) out there for some reason have either busy fields or quite a few hits to lady liberty.
I’m quite happy I was able to find a MS example with no distracting marks anywhere along with beautiful, original toning.
