    This is a cool restrike. I have two of these in silver, but I don't know where my bronze one is at this time.

    FWIW,. that round feature in the center of the blank reverse is "normal". I don't know what caused it, but they all seem to have it. The silver ones mentioned by @RichieURich are much rarer than the copper ones; I forget the exact mintages though.

    Because he only had the obverse die. An original with obv and rev would cost you thousands.
