1815 CB quarter
Hi Guys - haven't posted in a long while for many reasons. Hope all is well on your end.
I finally got motivated to crossover my 1815 quarter to complete my large size set. When I was a kid over 50 years ago, I always wanted a large size CBQ set all with nice looking original toning. Bust quarter collectors know that finding examples is a time consuming task and its even more time consuming find nice original examples. At the start, I didn't realize that the 1815 date was going to be one of the hardest dates to locate in AU or better condition that nicely toned. Well this one took about 9 years to locate and required a little work once found. It was previously graded by NGC I finally got motivated and crossed it over to PCGS at the same grade.

Great news in the cross, and great looking coin!
Tremendous!!
Nice coin! I've never owned an 1815 quarter that I really liked. I have a non-original VF in my collection, and I sold an original F12 with a planchet lamination that couldn't be graded at PCGS due to the peeling metal.
That is a fantastic specimen!

Very nice 1815. Completing a large size C.B. quarter set is a great accomplishment.
I used to own the 1827 Eliasberg dime in your registery set. I still miss it!
WOW- that 1827 is very special to me. I think that i will die with that coin, its that great.
Finding an 1815 with great toning in AU58 is very hard. I've managed to get one in P45, and a L counterstamp in P53. Still looking for a matching E counterstamp. Yours is spectacular! Well done B-EC!

Superb! congratulations on the addition to your set.

That's a winner!
Beautiful
Nice coin! I only had one 1815 even close to that nice, and I owned it for about an hour until it sold.
Still have my set of the 4 counterstamps (1815 & 1825) though.

Finding a nice 1815 for the right price is challenging. That is a fabulous looking coin. I love it.
Really great coin. Amazing how hard it is to find even decent looking examples of this date. Your coin is gorgeous.
the coin grades 58. Personally, i am fine with the grade.
WOW
Gorgeous coin! This date in anything from VF-AU is very tough to find nice.
Glad to see you back and posting again as well.
Wonderful, @EastonCollection. Just marvelous. What a gorgeous quarter.
