I was a bit irritated when I saw that quarter had sold.

If you ever sell, please let me know.

    Lovely coins.

The first coin is an 1832, but captioned as 1835. They’re all great looking.

Lovely new piece, as usual! Love all these colorful quarters. Will any be left on the market when I get around to buying one? :D

Seeing the blues and greens are so cool. I’ve also always liked the reverse on this type of the later years (no scroll). A straightforward design.

I wonder how many years some of those quarters spent residing in Wayte Raymond albums that were owned by the collectors of an earlier era? Very nice coins!

Thanks ricko and CB. The 37 has not been to CAC yet, it will be in my next package. I crossed it from N45, I suspect it will get the 'cleaned long ago' no go from JA, but we will see. I have seen worse cleaned in CAC holders so it is a crap shoot and just depends on their mood at any given time for those on the fence for cleaning, for which most circulated 19th century US apparently have undergone sometime in the past to present.

CB I am in bust quarters for the long haul. I do have some duplicates that may leave the collection but none of these are those.

jom that is a great group, they would all do well in the Hard Times bust quarter collection ;)

I also figured you for the 1832 from that CRO group, @spacehayduke. That coin is a looker and fits in nicely with your others. The EB gets the worm!

@jom that’s a great looking set. In the spirit of the OP, here’s my bluest bust quarter, also of CRO origin:
