    In 1956 I was collecting coins from the proceeds of selling newspapers.... Ah the good old days of circulating silver. At that time, I did not know there were coin auctions (could not have participated anyway). Cheers, RickO

    More times than not, my desire for a coin is often overshadowed by the lack of funds to acquire it...unless they accept on the "never-never" (lay-a-way).

    That's the guy that wrote one of the books, 1955, on Cal Gold. He was the only one to write about, and attribute, the charms and tokens.
    Boy, those were some bargain territorials he sold !
