Looks like damage and a little strike doubling.

I have no interest in the single press double dies, but the anomaly on the ear is in the right place to be Class IX doubling. I'll give it a "Maybe". Maybe somebody who cares has more experience with these can say for certain

This 2020 has some neat mechanical doubling. Looks different than most I've seen, but cool nonetheless.
