I'm honestly not a fan of the (gently) cleaned, bright surfaces. Too many ticks for the grade? I think it is a bit overpriced.
Decent coin, too white for my tastes. These 1921 Peace dollars are seeing a 100th anniversary price gouge. I was looking for a nice one the last few weeks and may decide to wait until after the 2021 commemorative dollar celebration is over.

Strike is as good as they come, and I think the grade benefited from that. Odd that the seller didn't play up the strike, but it seems it wasn't necessary to.

Tremendous looking coin! If the winner overpaid it was by exactly $25 because that's one bid increment. I'd bet he's happy to have it.
These certainly have become expensive.... Looks like the 100 year hype has had an effect... and with the mint offerings coming, it will get worse. Cheers, RickO
That is a nice example.
It does seem like these have gone up by a few hundred dollars in MS64 recently. Usually $800-$900 is "normal" for these.

At least from those pics looks more ‘high relief’ than most ‘21’s.
There are some things about that one that I don't love, but you'll look a long time to find another with a strike like that.
It might have qualified for the grade if it had not been dipped.

Looks like a coin that straight graded on a Monday, but could have details graded on a Friday.

That’s a strong price especially without a CAC sticker. NGC non-CAC is barely above second tier in this crazy market.

It's def nice but that was ms65 money not even that long ago.
I really like the strike on that coin.

I think it is fairly graded, certainly is not a 63. I like the coin and I think it is plus for a 64 from what I can see.
