Some kind of mount maybe that produced rust stains? Maybe even 3 nails held it in place on a wall, the top darker one reminds me of that if you enlarge it and see a long flat line going over the rim all the way down like that

Perhaps they are impurities in the planchet. A couple of others areas on the surface lol like pits where a contaminant may have broken down and fallen out.
Do you guys think it will get worse over time in the NGC holder?

It's the low amount of almost any 4 Reales graded by NGC that made me buy it. Stupid of me should just buy what is nice end of story.

Anyways thanks guys for responding. I need to have more control over my purchases and less panic and accept I may not get another chance at getting the same coin in the future and be OK with that.
