Is this 1878CC Morgan real or fake

this coin has a weird look although it could be cleaned but the thing that causes suspicion is the reverse, it looks like a reverse of 79 more than a reverse of 78 even with the wear. the breast is raised instead of sunken.
What do yall think of this coin is it real or fake?
