Someone sent me this photo, I know they're not the best. I'm fairly certain it's a "no" but wanted to check anyway. Thanks for your input!

The very simple way to tell is that the tail feathers have extra details at an angle, you can't miss it!

@pcgs69.... I enlarged your picture and it seems the angled lines in the center tail feathers are not there... Cheers, RickO
