...they said my post was “confusing”...:):)...when coin is properly stored, luster developed itself into nice crusty preservation of the coin and gives “confidence” that will not change over the time...and if looks nice, uncirculated then it gets high grade...coins straight out of sets might even look nice and not even have any scratches, still get low grade just because of lacking of confidence that will not change over the time and become “ugly” coin with a high grade.....:):)...bottom line...it’s about PCGS integrity, coins trades and coins values...
