@BLUEJAYWAY Since you asked, this is my latest commemorative half. Based on images I've located so far, I think it's an EF. Anyway I like both designs and I'm glad to add it to my collection.     I put one in my mother's birth year set, my only commem. One of my favorite designs coincidentally, lots of character.

    I have three of this issue, one in PCGS XF40, it was at one time a Pop 1, (XF-40)

    This Lincoln is probably XF-AU. I don't know how to grade them except in a general sense, and with circulated commemoratives, I don't really care much about the grade anyway.

    What a beauty. I love the circulated cameo (or CircCam™) look on early commemorative half dollars. At one time I tried putting together a type set, most of the pre-Depression issues can be found in circulated condition (thanks to said depression), but later issues that have been handled but not mishandled are really tough to find.

    Thanks! I own four of them now. I have been working on a set of commemorative types in circulated condition as well.

    Lincolns are great for their tendency to tone nicely.

    By wear I'd grade yours Good, but unfortunately that rim dent at K-1 will probably prevent it from getting graded. Would make a terrific pocket piece, I have a Sesqui half that had deep scratches when I bought it 15 years ago that have almost completely worn off the coin as I've carried it around.

    @seanq - thanks. My own grade would be AG03, since the rims are worn into the lettering almost all the way around. But, it may be borderline! In any case, there's probably not a big increase in price between G04 and AG03 :D .
