I don't see any wear but I do see a lot of marks, especially on the obverse. MS60 and no more. Probably not worth slabbing except for authentication purposes as it is just another common date double eagle.
61 ... lots of marks but I think the luster keeps her off the dreaded 60 block

I’m in the 61-62 camp. Reverse could carry a grade up from 61. Pretty huge jumps in each grade level. For that, I’ll hope you get a 63!
It becomes a big money coin at 63. I personally think a 61 but I figured I would see what you all thought too and hope I was wrong. Haha. Wishful thinking.
Regardless of its condition, I can’t imagine the reverse helping the grade of that coin.

Definitely mint state. Scuffs on the chin/cheek and hair probably 61. Reverse the same. Good luster.

Straight up 60.
Looks to have been graded recently- should not get a grade higher than 61 unless it looks much better in hand than in the image. Had this coin been graded by PCGS prior tp 1993, I suspect it may not have been graded MS.

A MS60. This coin is the definition of MS60. Lustrous, no trace of wear but marks that are so distracting the coin can't even be called choice.
A dreaded MS60. This is an example of one that would be better off raw.

if graded higher then 61, the grader should be flogged at the square.
