Just a very worn 1922-D
I would say no.

Too beat up to tell.
Too far gone to be able to say anything about it.
Both 2s seem equal strength of strike. Worn 1922-D is the call.
At best it's a weak D because the reverse is to weak for the good one!
Liberty appears to be strong the whole way across which means it is not a no d. Plus the 2's as earlier stated.

With a missing D mintmark, it should weigh less than one with a mintmark.
How is the overall weight?
