The top one is a mint state example while the lower one is a proof (unless Feld states otherwise...).

Yes, you are correct. The top one is MS-66 CAC, and bottom one is PF-67+ CAC. They are two great examples of the date for sure. The 1901-o being extremely rare in the series.
