Skip down about 20 posts for the reveal.
All three of these coins are in PCGS plastic and all three have numerical grades (no problems). All of them have been seen by CAC. These are my photos, and the photo technique is reasonably consistent between the three.
Guess the assigned grades, and for extra credit, guess what CAC said about each. If someone nails it, they might get a little something in the mail.

Looks like the majority favors a high AU for the Seated dollar, gem to gem plus for the Bay bridge, and the double dime is all over the place.
I’ll post the results this afternoon or evening.
Very interesting results so far. I'd also like to add that they are all attractive examples, but that 1869 Dollar is absolutely fantastic imho.

Guessing beans on top of guessing grades seems silly, since the beans are for validating TPG grades, not guesses of what the grades are.

Thanks for playing everyone. I thought this would be an interesting group of coins to show. I've probably posted one or two in the past, but not for quite a while. All of them are PCGS MS62. The dollar has a green bean, the Bay Bridge has a gold bean, and the double dime has no bean. My comments for each are listed below.
I think this is a classic example of an AU63 coin. Luster is pretty good, detail shows only a touch of weakness on stars 9-13, eye appeal is tremendous (secondary toning, most likely), but there probably is a touch of wear. In-hand it's a tough call; the photo actually makes it look worse. On a different day it could grade 58+, but in total, I have no problem seeing it as a nice 62.
I got this one from CRO not too long ago. It isn't my very favorite commem, but the bear is nice. It's certainly better than what passes for MS62 today. I see it is a 64, possibly 64+, limited a bit by muted luster and a couple hits on the legs of the bear. Eye appeal from the mottled obverse toning is slightly off, but I was perfectly pleased to pick it up at the offered price point.
This is a coin that I love and hate. I like the patina. Luster is just OK, but adequate for grade. Detail over "LIBERTY" and the center of the eagle's chest is weak, but remarkably crisp everywhere else. I LOVE that it is a "CC" coin, and it fills the double-dime slot in my type set with a bit of panache (the usual coin is a higher graded 1875-s). I've always thought it would look OK in a 63 holder. Maybe the hit on Liberty's cheek held it back. I hate that CAC didn't like it.
I probably would've guessed 55/58, 65, 62. I really like the look of both Seated coins!
Well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad. The Bay Bridge? PCGS got that one wrong, too.

I don't disagree. That's why it was extra credit.
GTG is a tough ask with different era holders and different grading standards!
GTGs are often trick questions or are trying to make a point. I don't care what era you're talking, that Bay Bridge was given a totally stupid grade and was the trick question part of the GTG.

I actually guessed MS 63 on each because your first post indicates (now) that they were all the same grade. God, I feel so clever!

I went 58 on the dollar because of the G and O of GOD, guess that was a weak point in the striking process. Plus I though the hits on the breast were from slight circulation. The Bay bridge was a total guess and the double dime I interpreted the flatness of the the eagle's brest as slight circulation. Wonderful coins and awesome images.
What I like about this one is the evaluation by the OP after posting the grades - OP understands the issues of grading and that any grade on a slab is really a consensus - and consensus can change on a given day in the grading room or the CAC bean factory. Great thread!

One of the better gtg threads I've seen lately imho with the post grade details , and overall presentation made this a winner for the OP.
The cac extra credit was sure to infuriate a few, and did.

I don't know that it "infuriated" anyone. One or more people pointed out that it's a fool's errand to guess bean status when one doesn't even know the assigned grade.
