The customer service agents are great - very professional and polite - its the system/staffing levels that suck

In situations like that I just hang up or have the secretary handle it. I pay her while she paints her finger nails and looks at Facebook for hours on end so why not have her do something useful during working hours?

You know, that statement is not very politically correct. Many might believe it's sexist. Just saying...

It's a specific comment about a specific employee.

Do you believe all secretaries paint fingernails and look at Facebook for hours?

If you ask for a call back, they’ll call you back. I’ve had good success with this.

I don't know if the statement sexist or not. I just know its true.

P.S. I'm 100% positively sure that this is the first time in my life that I have ever written the word "sexist." Oh, NO! Now I've done it TWICE!!!!!!

    Agreed.

However, as @OriginalDan pointed out earlier, PCGS has a call-back feature. When used, you can wait in the queue without having to wait on the telephone line. They simply call you back when it is 'your turn'.

I have used it, and it 'works'.

Tip: Call early in the day.
