Hello 👋 beautiful people, 🤞 everyone is having a wonderful day. Check these 3 rims out, and pay close attention to the middle one, which looks like a Canadian coin planchette or some other not sure close to the back scalp of the great Roosevelt👈✌️

The middle one is a collar clash. The obverse (hammer) die came into contact with the notches of the collar. The die may have been misaligned at one point, causing it to scrape the collar in its downward motion.

the one on the right is simply from a misaligned obverse die. just a tad off center.
You do know they make billions of these at several thousand a minute. There are bound to be some that are slightly off by a rat hair.

SonnyCher; out of the 3 dimes that you show us, you ask that we, "Pay close attention to the middle one." So it seems to me that if those dimes were playing cards they would be ideal for a game of 3 card Monte. Just a thought.
