Looks like it was dipped within inches of its life. I’d grade it 62fh.

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

I would leave it alone. The OGH adds some value.

In addition to the aforementioned dipped appearance, I don’t like the area above Liberty’s right knee (to viewer’s left).

Always hard to say from a photo but the luster does look subdued, it might just squeak into a four holder but as it sold for 64 money I don't see the value in cracking it.

Miss Liberty needs surgery on her right leg. Then it might get into an MS 64 holder. Most of these coins were dipped at some point.

Compare with this one, which received an MS-65 more than 20 years ago.

The OP has dull luster from dipping, marks on the knee and shin and a distracting spot on the "T" in "STATES" on the reverse. It's maxed out a MS-63, unless you are going to send it to "Uncle Elmer's Grading Service" who slabs coins for Internet scammers. In that case, it would be an MS-68, Full Head.

The marks above and below the knee, dipped out, dark spot on reverse....I think it is a 63 as labeled. Cheers, RickO

    Dipped to death.

Probably the high assessment from the internet coin club which includes a lot of usually accurate grading by collectors was based on the relatively clean surfaces, but the lack or originality or luster may not be easy to see. Probably it has better luster in hand than the pics indicate.
