Guess the grade. Will post grade/slab once I get enough responses/guesses.

    Your photos really need to be lightened up a bit. My best guess would be AU55.

    Definitely hard to tell pictures. but I'll guess conservative at Au53.

    As mentioned previously the photo is dark, and I'm going with an AU 53

    Based on those pictures... XF45-AU50.... Pictures are always tough to grade, but those offer even greater challenges. Cheers, RickO

    You were all wrong. I personally thought it was XF45, ANZACS called it EF45, NGC disagreed.

    The details are better than XF but I agree that it has been cleaned and retoned.

    What makes you say that it was cleaned? I personally thought it could be a AU50/53 non-cleaned.

    I was thinking XF/AU. Old Anacs white slabs do not cover a guarantee of grade. At least PCGS would have allowed a crossover contingent on a straight grade. "Cross at any numerical grade".

    It was the one with yellow lable.

    NGC does not allow crossovers on any coins but PCGS; PCGS does, and many would rather have that coins in an Anacs XF45 than NGC details. Possibly Anacs could look at it again and consider it for the reholder as long as nothing was done to the coin in cleaning etc when it was taken out.

    From the photos it appears to have a very glossy look. That is something that is usually seen on cleaned coins.
