I'll add a second prize piece, also a long-time holding and encapsulated at the same time. An English rendering of the classic Mexican design (engraved by William Wyon and with his initials as Assayer).
These coins are unreal. If you ever publish a book with your coins I want the first copy.

On that William Wyon pattern, besides the 1827 Guanajuato 8R pattern, there exists an 1882 Hermosillo 8R pattern of the same design. Then in 2016, an 1864 Alamos 8R pattern of the same design was discovered. It was heavily circulated, and previously unknown. Now, examples of all 3 of those patterns reside in my collection.

I find myself surprisingly shy of noteworthy Mexican coins at the moment, having sold the two below. I want another cob someday (it need not be an 8R), and another Pillar dollar (but with grey CircCam contrast, maybe in VF-something (it need not be AU like the last one). And yes, I have been wanting a Caballito for ages, especially a 1911, as that was my paternal grandmother's birthyear.
And I realize @acop posted that almost five years ago, but i see that frosty monster was posted on... my birthday. So WHY DIDNT YOU GIVE ME MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT?!? I WANTS MY PRECIOUSSS!!!

One of only four in the entire Cap & Rays 8 Reales series graded higher than MS 66.
(4 in MS66+).
