Not to rain on anyone's parade but both the Rulau number and the look of the piece suggest that it is silver plated and not silver.
John Wanamaker autographs are easily found since he was Postmaster General under Benjamin Harrison. That would be a nice item to go with the token,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if you're interested in that sort of thing.
