I've noticed the same thing. Few new posts.
A few days ago, for reasons unknown, I found that I am again able to add new posts after several months of not being able to do so (I was never banned). I guess I'll have to think of some new topics to get things going again.
Start a CAC thread. They'll be hundreds of posts and more bans.

well, I was being sarcastic. LOL. Although we haven't had a good CAC row in quite a while.

I am definitely surprised....I thought with everyone at home, the forum would be super active with lots of good threads about old coins rediscovered, new coins, interesting literature etc.. However, it seems quite the opposite...fewer new threads, less discussion....Is everyone tied up doing household chores, home schooling or binge watching TV?? Hello out there in forum land... Cheers, RickO
I have been busy, hunting for N95 masks. And I bought a UV sterilizer to recycle masks. And I have been working, partly in a biocontainment lab--I feel safer there than when shopping at a local supermarket. I did buy several dozen numismatic books during the last month, and posted some of them.

I am retired so I don't worry about a 6am to 6pm job anymore. But I do volunteer heavily. One of my "jobs" is to perform energy assessments for businesses in North Carolina as a certified energy manager at no cost to the client. These assessments are mostly shut down for obvious reasons.
I also volunteer on our Homeowners Association board as the director of Facilities and Maintenance. (HOA has about 1250 homes). This has been my source of activity of late, lots going on and there are opportunities to take advantage of while the community is hunkered down.

Have been so behind with coin hunt pre-C anyway ..... and now my priority during HI iso are health (meditate rather than medicate); family (Mom, Mango & Monarch) and figuring out how the mask would compliment my look
I have been lucky enough to be working from home since the event developed. I have found that since everything I do for work is not on my laptop, I just don't have the desire to spend more time on one when I am done. Although I often find work meetings to have been of limited value, at least it was a change to go to a conference room and see people. Those same meetings are now all spent looking at a screen. At least I have stopped wearing pants to them.

Since we bought a new home in, Chico, California I’ve been more busy than ever making it our home. Knock it down pretty good thought. I have spent some time with my coins but my wife has this list of things to do that has been keeping me busy, and I like that.
Now that I’m fairly caught up I’m thinking of imagining up and organizing my collection better than it is.
What about you, @ricko?

A lot of knowledgeable people have been banned. Roger, Insider2 are two that I list as an example.
It's sad, you know. All they had to do was reign it in, but no. They crossed the boundary.
Really a shame. They had a lot of knowledge and participated a whole lot.
THAT'S why we are where we are right now Ricko.

Mods locked down my coin library thread. Must have bee perceived to not be coin related or my posts were veering off topic. Shame.

A cardboard Consuelo, hovering in the background, would be a nice touch. Or just ring Longacre and as for a loan if you want the 'real' deal.
