PMD (Post Mintage Damage). Spend it.

Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

1990 Philadelphia dime, damaged, worth 10¢. Not saying it's road kill or parking lot fodder but it could be dryer damaged. Others will chime in. Is there something you think that might add value?

Hit it with a hammer and the letters will be more warped.

Strictly post-mint damage. No numismatic value or interest.

If it were an actual error, the letters would NOT be moved or warped.

Throw one in a dryer for a few cycles and see what happens, especially if there are other coins in with it.

PS: not saying it was your dryer.
