At current silver price, not really a good deal if you ask me. The high demand for silver and big premiums are not flowing over into stuff like 40% and 80% canadian. Refinery here in NC which is a bout 30 miles from this guy is only paying spot minus 5% at best. He(the seller) is about 35 Miles from me, the weather is cloudy with a few scattered showers, but an intense line of storms should move through between 6-9 am tomorrow.
I saw the guy on TV selling SILVER KENNEDY HALF DOLLARS sure he was loud any how at $79.95 per roll.
Oh but wait they all looked to be 40 per cent coins.

Did those 1976 Bi-Centennial silver halves even circulate? I never saw one in change. Yes, technically of business strike manufacture. But, if they weren't intended for immediate circulation at 50c face value, they aren't the same as the 1965-1970 issues. Were the 1976-s 40% halves issued in sets or bought directly from the US Mint?

It’s not a fixed price, it’s an auction. So the buy price is unknown. And at $265 as of the time I’m writing this, I don’t think it’s a deal.
