It ain't much, but boy does it make me happy.
Not gonna lie, I've been isolated since Jan when foreign nationals trickled into Seattle and Portland and wiped our workers out. Yesterday was my first hard day.
Buyin gold really makes this much easier.
Though I must say, stocking up on surgical masks in January was a very incredibly good investment.
The RC car is on its way so we can strap a GoPro to it and deliver masks "remotely".

It's not something most people would think of searching for, so that was probably in my favor, as a bidder. I just happened to see it because I was searching 1968 proof sets.
Edit: I see some other numismatic items bearing signatures from Mint Directors have sold on eBay - again, there is premium, but not huge. I like that mine has the embossed business card, whereas the others tend to be just signatures.

I have NO idea why I purchased this coin because it's not in a series I collect. I guess I just liked its appearance. Thankfully, the scattered dark specks visible in the photo are not easily visible when the coin is in hand. Anyway, it's PCGS MS67.

This was a pre-COVID purchase, but I haven't shared it with the forum before. PCGS MS66 and now the type example in my Basic US Coins Registry (no gold) set and my 7070.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
