Northwest Coin Club (from Minneapolis) is meeting tonight!

The club decided to meet tonight, but because of the "shelter in place" order, we have to meet via ZOOM. The presentation is very topical, it is on the affect of the yellow fever epidemic of 1793 on the early mint.
I will let you know how it goes.

This is a great idea.
It sounds like a great topic as well. Can non-member guests attend?
@Tomthecoinguy I would also like to join in that zoom meeting if possible. PM me if it's doable. Have a good day. Peace Roy

I will take screen shots for sure, I also asked to organizer to record it, so maybe we can make that available.

Looks like there are no limits on the Zoom attendees, and since we can have guests at our regular meetings I don't see why not. PM sent.

The meeting just concluded and it was a lot of fun. I included a screen shot below. We also recorded it, so hopefully I will be able to get the whole presentation out to people that are interested. I know at one point I noticed about 12 people on, but I think there may have been more later.

These teleconference type meetings can be really cool, provided the subject matter is there. I am planning on attending one on Youtube tomorrow night for the another forum members club on the West Coast.

Franklin Noel gave a great, timely talk and is clearly both very knowledgeable and happy to share information. I was impressed by how he was able to answers at the end. Please give him my thanks.
