Everyone is predicting a baby boom in 9-12 months...

For the same obvious reason, I'm predicting that there will be some big shifts in the way coin business is done in the next year or two. Too many of us have too much time on our hands. Some of us are bound to come up with some interesting ideas! Care to share yours?

I'm hoping for Wonkavision. A few crackling and digital noises and voila, the coin you bought appears in the box. Of course it's much smaller than the original, so you have to have a coin expander installed at home.

You mean vacationing in the guest bedroom causes babies?

At a minimum the dealers with retail websites that still have crappy photos will get their acts together and pay professionals to do their imaging.

I am what they call a Kennedy Baby born 9 months after that tragic event in November 1963.

I was even named after him...John F(rederic); hence Freddie

I am going against the flow & predicting there will NOT be a baby boom after this.

FIRST, I think there is too much anxiety out there for most people to want to (by choice or by accident) have a baby - - at least not in any numbers that would reflect a boom.

SECOND, if there wasn't enough anxiety already, after hearing the worries people who are already pregnant & fearing the circumstances under which or hospital-free location they may have to deliver their babies in, many couples would be afraid to take that chance, not knowing what the situation will be even 9 months from now.

And FINALLY, given the economic destruction & havoc wreaked by the market plunge, unemployment, etc, I'm sure a good many couples/families are worried they could even be in a financial position to afford a baby.

Now there's always the wild card, like numerous babies brought into the world after 1-nite-stands by the same Spring-Break idiots who couldn't stay off the beaches or out of the bars just a week or so ago, but I'd think "natural selection" will get them in the end............. :o

Just my 2 cents (to keep this on-topic with coins....)

I've been listening to the scanner lately. A whole lot more domestic disturbances being reported. Not sure if they're making up or breaking up. I can hear it now, "I TOLD YOU THIS WAS GONNA HAPPEN!". :D

Covid spelled backwards is almost divorce.

Think a number of people will be headed in that direction after a few months of 24 x 7 living.

Agree. Not everybody. Some are predicting a jump in divorces.
