I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
I had an idea it was coming RE: My question yesterday ?
So I mailed the submission out yesterday, but it shows delivered today, so it should be okay , and not wandering around thankfully
I think there will be many more businesses closing.... so far, the Post Office is not threatened, though it could happen. Cheers, RickO
Most likely all these adjustments throughout the country will be in increments of 2 weeks. Then evaluate the situations/conditions at those times.
PCGS announced tonight that Orange County changed their mind. Both PCGS and Great Collections are open for business (but GC auctions are still delayed for two weeks).

MARCH 18, 2020 UPDATE
Orange County has clarified its emergency order and is now allowing businesses, including Collectors Universe, to resume operations. As a result, Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) and Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) will resume operations, effective immediately.
As evident by the multiple policy changes, the situation remains extremely fluid. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this ordeal. Ultimately, we are committed to both the health and safety of our employees and the delivery of our services to our loyal customers.
Sincerely,
Brett Charville
President, PCGS
