Mercury dimes have done well lately, at least the ones on the higher end of the grading spectrum. Some recent coins sold on Great Collections for big $$$

Full parking lots, crowded shows, less browsing and more buying. Carson City Morgans hard to find and when found, very little room for negotiation.

Though I have not attended any shows :'( The commentary is generally that they are well attended and, for the most part, business was brisk. I read all the show reports posted since I am show deprived here in this area. Thanks to all who post them. Cheers, RickO

At the Atlanta ANA I thought the prices asked for seated halfs was high, higher than I remember the last time i went 'shopping'...although that was ~3 years ago.

Any coin that is in a popular series and has great eye appeal will almost always sell well, circulated or MS.

What's hot is hot......what's not is not. Personally, I'm into classic silver commemoratives right now. They're not hot. They're not even room temperature. Glad I didn't buy 28-30 years ago. Patience pays in this hobby. YIPPEE!!!!

I have noticed fairly strong prices for higher grade franklins over the last year or so.

I think anything toned is hot right now.

PL Morgan’s and Wheaties with great eye appeal also seem to be hot.

Need to do a show or two to answer that. Gold and silver have been hot, as of late (in shop). People hedging, I suspect. Others dumping. The Eagles are soaring.

Don’t know of any - see any upticks in PCGS 3000 indexes? That’s where it wb evident. Everybody knows players wb bullish on their stuff lol.

Right now a tough market, sales depressed due to external factors, lack of demand. Many tired of constant declining MV So dumping / selling out.

If they have something at blue sheet or melt then may be interested otherwise not.

Ive also noticed that pl and dmpls are tough to find even common ones at local shows and when i do find them theres always a fingerprint 😔
