    I'd keep it just as is! What a great conversation coin.
    The only thing cooler would be if the main date was 1968 and the off-centered date was 1963.

    If it doesn't say 'Mint Error' on the center of the top line,
    it probably wasn't submitted on the Mint Error tier.

    Most error collectors could easily determine what error this is. No need to spend the extremely high error tier fee.

    Cool. I'm new to coin collecting as I recently inherited a collection. I put a few up for sale, so far this is the one getting the most attention:

    It's not certified yet, nevertheless an interesting piece. Not quite as nice as your's though.

    @Realone @realoneit shouldn't matter if you have the slab in hand but I was always told that third party grading companies were started to make sight unseen transactions easier
