If it doesn't say 'Mint Error' on the center of the top line,
it probably wasn't submitted on the Mint Error tier.

@Realone@realoneit shouldn't matter if you have the slab in hand but I was always told that third party grading companies were started to make sight unseen transactions easier
Nice error cent.... Probably should have submitted for error designation... I am sure customer service can help - if you want the designation. Cheers, RickO

I'd keep it just as is! What a great conversation coin.
The only thing cooler would be if the main date was 1968 and the off-centered date was 1963.

Most error collectors could easily determine what error this is. No need to spend the extremely high error tier fee.
Strike doubling, not a DDO, sorry.
Cool. I'm new to coin collecting as I recently inherited a collection. I put a few up for sale, so far this is the one getting the most attention:

It's not certified yet, nevertheless an interesting piece. Not quite as nice as your's though.

@savoyspecial : I generally don't pay much attention to mint errors, but that's a very cool coin! Congrats!
I knew it would happen.

My guess is that the error occurred after the coin was graded.😉
