Wow!

That's a great looking coin! I love the positioning of the double strike on the reverse and the toning!

This Captures my "WOW" factor ..... my 1st Monarch release in my backyard

Wow is all relative of course, but these two coins wowed me the moment I saw them. I acquired both at FUN (different years) and had looked at about (10) MS66 common date Saints as a type and about (6) 55 DDO's that were all AU or lower MS before I settled on these as the best to my eyes/loupe:

This small lozenge size piece of Amber is water clear and pale yellow which makes it very easy to see the amazing ("praying") mantis preserved forever inside. The creature with its triangular head, bulging eyes, and flexible neck is clearly visible in the exceptional specimen of the fossilized tree resin. The insect with the unique characteristics is poetically singular in the otherwise pristine fossil remnant. A close-up photo of the bug gives further insight into this entombed mantis. This is a tiny specimen with a major inclusion.
Overall Measurements: 1.18 x 0.61 x 0.52 inches (3.00 x 1.56 x 1.32 cm)

NWA 8306 - Among the Rarest Substances on Earth, A Select Partial Slice of the Moon
Lunar Feldspathic Breccia
Sahara Desert, Northwest Africa

Specimens of the Moon are among the most exotic objects on Earth, and this Lot is a partial slice of a lunar Meteorite-a specimen of the Moon that was launched off the lunar surface following an asteroid impact and which later landed on Earth. NWA 8306 was the 8306th Meteorite to be recovered from the North West African (NWA) grid of the Sahara Desert and then analyzed by scientists. Found in 2013, NWA 8306 was authenticated by Dr. Tony Irving-one of the world's foremost experts in the identification of lunar Meteorites. Lunar samples are readily identified by their highly specific geological, mineralogical, chemical and radiation signatures. The minerals comprising the Moon's crust are limited, and the most common of Earth's minerals are not found on the Moon. NWA 8306 is a feldspathic breccia, rich with angular fragments of the off-white mineral anorthosite. Solar wind vesicles, as well as iron-rich pyroxenes and olivines, have also been identified. Less than 0.1% of all Meteorites are lunar in origin, with less than 350 lbs. (159 kg) of Meteorites from the Moon known in existence. This offering is a superior partial slice of the Moon accompanied by the scientific abstract on NWA 8306 along with a Letter of Authenticity.
Overall Measurements: 2.21 x 2.30 x 0.07 inches (5.62 x 5.85 x 0.18 cm), weighs 10.39 gm (0.38 oz.)

I don't think our State allows importation of such but anyway I found eggs and tiny caterpillars on my tiny milkweed so I decide to care for them indoor to increase their chance to survive. Some said Monarch came around 200 yrs ago.
IMHO our climate should be good for them all year round

The Flight Plan (FP) is in essence the log for a space mission. The Apollo 11 FP was sold off page by page, like an old European illustrated manuscript. So my Apollo 12 FP is the earliest complete FP in existence for a Moon Landing.

Here they are, clearly twiddling their thumbs, between 57 - 59 hours after launch on their 3 day coast to the Moon. ("This page flown to the Moon" was added by Dick Gordon in 2015 before he sold the Flight Plan to me.)
