That is cool. Knowing what I know about Monarchs Hawaii doesn't seem like a likely habitat. What do you do, import chrysalises?

Paradisefound, plant about 6 or 7 milkweed bushes to get Monarchs to come there in significant numbers. That's what I do in the NE side of our front yard.

The insect entombed in the amber looks like a praying mantis.

I think we have a definite wow factor here-

Nice color. Never seen that before.
We call snakes "Mr. No Legs" in the south so to not scare women and children.
Same as calling a shark "The Man in the grey suit".

    WOW!!! @Weiss

    Your son is amazing!!

Thank you. The most amazing part wasn't even the solve. It was that it came after a very long 10 hours of intense competition and it pushed him into the final round against competitors twice his age and older. Kid's got ice water in his veins.

    Really incredible!!

Twice his age? , 10 Hours?
I would have folded like wet cardboard under that pressure.

That toning occurs when you submit / mail modern gold coins to PCGS in a polybag of PVC flip.
Sumitted lots of modern gold that toned like that.
PCGS sent out fliers telling all the submitters .."only submit coins in Mylar 2 x 2 flips".

PCGS said the sonic sealing process reacted with the residue some how.
