Seems to be, indeed.
Looks like it has strong luster, nice addition.
My favorite quarter design except maybe the 1796 Quarter
100% Positive BST transactions
Looks like a true luster bomb. That is one thing that I have always loved about this series; the ability to find the coin here and there that has knockout luster.
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
Looks like a 66. Also looks like it was struck from rusty dies.
Very nice, congrats
NICE

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Beautiful Standing Quarter!
You did very well.
Awesome coin! You are well on your way to completion!
Beautiful SLQ....definitely gets a Blast White sticker
Cheers, RickO

Nothing wrong with that congrats
This appears to be an attractive, very well struck coin for the date and branch mint. There are only a few weak / missing rivulets from the shield, and Miss Liberty's right knee and thigh appear to be fully struck. You're not going to get a FH on this coin without spending a fortune, so don't even try. I like it.

Nice addition to your set congrats.
