I sent a few coins to GC for action I checked the boxes letting them make the decisions on
The sales side. I haven’t heard anything so I email and get a response less than 24 hours. I didn’t respond back so the next day they called and left another email to make sure I got the first email. I’m floored by the customer service it’s just so unheard of these days. I don’t have a final opinion yet I’m still waiting for the coins to go on auction some are on the way back from CAC but I’m impressed so far. I got tired of the other large auction site and there fees and the hassle of shipping so I’m trying GC this time we will see.

Welcome to the world of high quality customer service and Ian Russell. Given the recent prices realized for most stuff, not really any reason to go anywhere else except maybe legend on moon money coins.

GC customer service is great! Most places you’re lucky if an email gets answered.

Great communications and you can get Ian on the phone or over the net pretty readily.

I play on both sides of the ball with great collections. It is a great venue to buy as well as liquidate.

I've got a box of twenty there right now, being readied for auction. Also letting them decide the starting bid prices. It's my first time trying them so don't know how it will turn out. But one thing I do know already; They're all so NICE! :)

I’ve only dealt with GC from the buyer’s perspective. Never had to deal with customer relations because everything ran as smooth as silk!

    Great people there.
Whether you're selling a $50 coin or $5000 coin, they treat you equally.
I can't say enough good things about them.

It is always good to read of top notch customer service from a business that forum members deal with. Great reference for others... Cheers, RickO

Being treated like your business is important to them, regardless of the coin's value, is what sets GC apart from the other auction houses.

Shoot I called the 1-800 number once and @ianrussell answered the phone.

Excellent service all around. I had a touch of seller's remorse on something in a consignment and it was cheerfully returned to me (and IIRC they paid the shipping).

That reminds me, I have some stuff downstairs to send in. (edited for pre-coffee grammar).
