An old friend actually...I sold this coin 5-6 yrs ago to fund a large coin purchase and DW offered it today in his latest round of newps.
The 1855-O is a very tough date especially nice. Very please to add this one back to my collection.

Hey I like this one actually, what a cool solid circ newp!
Good you did not mention this one is beaned, no need to rile up the flock.
I saw this one in hand. Nice coin!
Nice to get a former piece back in one's collection. I can personally relate, right buddy?

Great coin!! Glad you could re-acquire it...I was late to the starting line for yesterday's DW NEWPs...but yours was one of three that were On Hold by the time I got there that I would have been interested in...glad I know where it is!!
Nice bit of luster on that!
I just imaged the 44-O $5 P45+ I have in the set for the first time:

Very nice (re)purchase!
Neat old Gold. XF45 is a great grade in a lot of the old series.
I am actually getting married today but thankfully not to the first one.

Congratulations!!! Great piece of golden history.
I tried to buy the 55-O...
To stay with the theme of the thread, it had that "girl next door" kind of appeal.
