Password reset, new username, and new icon??? Anyone else had this experience?

I'm usually logged in to CU forum whenever I open the app on my PC but this weekend I got a message that I need to reset my password that the administrator might have changed mine. So I go and request a new password or reset. I was able to do it yesterday but I noticed that my username is now "Knell143" instead of "Knell" that I have been using for years. This afternoon I noticed that they also changed my icon and all of my previous post are missing. Anyone else had this problem or how to fix this problem? All of my history or post are gone except for a post on 2011. Any advice of what to do?

Thanks.

We all had the same issue - system problem - but after a request to the admin (Heather), I received an email and reset my password... all came back as it was before. Thanks again for the help...Cheers, RickO

  • Good morning @Knell143, you used an incorrect sign in and logged into an old account you must have made at some point. There was only a password reset done by the forum provider. No icons or account information such as posts were deleted or changed. We will pm you the email address associated with your main account. Once you have access this account will be banned per our anti-dupe rules.

I had trouble changing password from my desk top as I was getting: "unable to open page" message from the change password email. I tried on my iPhone and I was able to change password.

  • @HeatherBoyd I am having the same issues getting into my account. CRH4LIFE the account I am trying to Get into. Now am completely unable after trying to reset my password. If you could pm me I would greatly appreciate it
