Successful buyers - What browser did you use to place your order on the US Mint website?

Apologies for another 2109 Enhanced Eagle thread.
If you were successful in getting one from the US Mint website yesterday what browser (or other method) were you using?
I recognize the results will be influenced by the popularity of the browsers, but if there is a trend it will probably show up.

This is a public poll: others will see what you voted for.

I made sure mine was post-marked and mailed at noon on Thursday. I'll let you know if I am successful.

I had intended to include them...but then forgot when I was putting it together. Although I'd think the browser on each of those devices is probably a variation of one of the main browsers.
I was at work (non computer job), so used the phone.... could never get through for the first hour....Cheers, RickO
(Crawling out from underneath a rock) I did not know about this item, but apparently way too late to try and order. However, previously I have achieved success with IE...although it has been a couple of years since trying. Remember Coins and Chronicles? Yeah...its been a while.

Some people here apparently had multiple browser open... Is there a way to adjust the poll for that?
The mint app on my iPhone is non functional. Similar to the website.
I just call the mint. keep it simple works for me and I don't have to guess whats working or not.
Are Government websites still partial to IE?
I was ultimately successful, but of course I still experienced the same issues others have mentioned. One thing that I did do, between attempts at pulling my hair out, was to shut off my ad blocker. Sometimes it can slow things down just a touch, which in this case could have been meaningful.

Yes, we had the same problems as everyone. I was really surprised when the order finally was accepted. Safari browser. I'm wondering if being on a fiber optic connection was partly responsible for our luck?
Good point regard connection and bandwidth. I too have high speed 1Gbps fiber optic.
my personal experience was my ipad that was logged into my mint account had more issues than my laptop checking out as guest. For some reason, checking out as guest was faster, and I could never get the logged in account to get past part 3 of the checkout process. I was only after one coin, but it pays to use multiple methods to get there.
I work out in the oilfield so I had to try with google on my phone. Plus the service is very poor here due to the bottle necked service of soo many people in this area. Oh well, the attempt was made. Lol
Opps, successful buyers. Sorry.

Used my internet explore on my IPhone X while linked to my home WiFi
In my extensive experience Most of the time with the quick sell outs it’s more about internet speed and not so much what browser. Us mint website can only handle so many page refreshes at a time. It’s not you it’s them.
Best place to buy !

This is a non-issue. The constriction point would be at the US mint servers and payment processors. The system got hit with the same traffic in 1 minute that it normally receives in a ~?month+. This is the same thing that happens in a DDOS attack. In this instance, the bandwidth attackers are individual human instead of bots. It would take some pretty robust over-engineering to design for that influx.
I got skunked using Avast Secure Browser in Bank Mode.
I used my mobile phone a REVL 2 and wife got through on a Samsung phone.
