Hello, first time poster here. I have recently begun getting into coins and found an interesting nickel. I was hoping to get your thoughts and opinions on it

    @TheRani....Welcome aboard.... Your nickel has what is called 'machine doubling'....It is not uncommon and has no numismatic value .....I suggest you get a Redbook to help you learn more... and also a Cherry Pickers Guide to help you with varieties.     Agree (with the experts, no less :D ).

    A little machine doubling along with extremely worn and deteriorated dies.

    If it were mine I might keep it as a sample of these anomalies.
