I think I have seen sold items removed by Ebay, before.

Well, that's too late, usually. Works out for the seller sometimes even. They sell an item AND don't have to pay final value fees, lol. Sometimes the buyer decides to keep the item even if ebay removes it after purchase.
Seem liked a pawn shop operation based on his other items for sale plus an almost 99.6% positive reviews.

Just as a technical point, there are a few genuine Indian Head $2-1/2 and $5 coins out there with what the Mint calls "finning" and the hobby used to call a "wire rim." It could occur if the hammer die was slightly misaligned in the coin press, allowing metal in the planchet to be squeezed up around the edge of the die for a partial arc on the side of the die that was displaced towards the center of the coin.
This is not intended to be any indication of an opinion of authenticity, good or bad, regarding the coin in question.
Counterfeit. Check out the short outside arms on stars 4, 5, 6, 12 and 13. The slight off-center strike tried to cover for that.
