Here's another one of these threads, but I love to hear peoples opinion on what grade they think a coin is.
Picked this up for my type set. What grade do you think this was given?

I'm going with VF30
Nice die cracks on the reverse but also a reverse scratch above the left wing that I’d think would detail grade it. I like the coin though
35
My guess is VF30. This one is the B-6 die marriage, which is easily attributed due to the die cracks. Oddly enough, there are at least two other die marriages (both 1818s) that have die cracks that run through the eagle’s beak. Maybe that was a weak point for both the large diameter and small diameter bust quarter dies (or a major coincidence).
35
Nice VF35. I like it.
Vf 35 also.
I like it at 35. Nice original look. Sort of circulated cameo.
Geez.... My initial thought was 40 so even though I am an outlier I will stick with my gut. 40
It has nice details. The black seems a bit thick. I could see a 40 but would not be surprised to see this one in a 35.
40
Just looking at the reverse I’d say 45, but 40 based on more visible wear on obverse.
I am in the 35-40 crowd but more 40. Nice die cracks!

The reveal is here. PCGS VF35. Really awesome to hear everyone's opinions!
Myself, I feel it can be XF40. Others I've seen in this grade don't look nearly as nice. But I'm still really pumped that I picked this up.

Comparing directly to PCGS Photograde images it is more 40 than 35 - but maybe in hand the surfaces are more 35...... Nice coin in either case.
Best, SH

A was a little late to the party but my wager was a 30. Love the die cracks it adds a lot to the coin IMO
My guess was 35, but I was too late to the party! Nice coin.
Once you posted the full-slab image, the luster is more apparent.
I am a little late because we have been gone all day. I was at 35.
