I purchased this a few months ago and just had the grade post at PCGS this week. AU-55! I don't see many raw CBHs come up for sale this nicely toned, so I jumped on this one, and I'm glad I did. I've had a pretty good year so far with capped bust halves.

I hadn’t checked the Overton Variety myself yet, but a user on Reddit mentioned that it’s likely a O-113a, which is a nice bonus. It’s only listed as an R2, but is tough to find.
"This die marriage has all the makings of an R5!!!! There is a decent population in collections, but market appearances are so rare, especially in high grade, that this die marriage is in dire need of re-evaluation in terms of rarity.
This one appears to be much tougher than other marriages, especially in the prime state. It ranks as my #1 toughest R2 Marriage, with a grand total of 4 problem free O-113a's in AU (none in mint state) as the only examples the last ten years to appear for this die marrriage. The prime die state I believe is more like R7."

It would be considered an O.113, not 113a which has a totally filled A3 (or the 2nd "A" in AMERICA...the result of gradual chipping away of the die).
But the scarcity really isn't any different. Each is an R2. The prime die state (no die cracks, A3 not filled) is an R3.
While there may not be many listed in the pop reports or auction results you have to consider that most collectors don't pay for die marriage attribution on bust halves that aren't scarce.
It is elusive in MS, however. Curious.
