Huh?

"If NGC and PCGS don't slab proof Columbian halves anymore as a proof, then this may be why."
I think they forgot the "better coin"

Alot of people seem to "THINK" they have a "proof" Columbian Half, they just can't seem to accept the fact that they don't:

Yawn
I wonder how many centuries it would list on Ebay with that price before it sold?
The East and West hemisphere on the reverse looks to have PVC.
Way weakly struck for a proof.
When I think of a Colombian half being a proof I think of Julian Leidman. 🤓
"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill"
If he gave me a 99% discount I would buy it.
He has a make an offer on it. Is $75 too much?
A nice Columbian half and it looks properly graded. Not a proof coin....More ebay hype... surprised it was not found in a 200 year old safe from a pottery store... or some such nonsense. Cheers, RickO
I would pay silver melt for it.
@DIMEMAN ...I will bid melt plus ten dollars...
Cheers, RickO
The Bingham Collection had
an 1892 Colombian in an
NGC PF 68*
holder That was the best example I’ve seen....beautiful piece
Winner Winner...Chicken Dinner!!! You won...PAY NOW!!!
@DIMEMAN .... I know you are not that easy when it comes to dimes and quarters....
Cheers, RickO
Before I clicked on the link, I thought is was going to be one of Julian's listings.
I saw the eBay link pop up when I opened this thread, I just had to make an offer, $1.01, he could fool me and accept the offer...
